Towed equipment for land leveling and tamping
Single or tandem version, they are used for large earth-movings on medium and long distances.
Laser controlled levellers
The land levelling has become absolutely necessary for any farm, with or without possibility of watering. You can save great amount of water, which is becoming more and more valuable. Stagnant water, ditches and field dykes and to optimize the surfaces of the ground ready for cultivation. You can level on plain (without slopes) or with one or two slopes. If you use the leveller periodically you can first get a fast ground preparation, you can be sure you will achieve a perfect levelling. To complete the preparation of the land for the sowing you can use combined harrows composed by anchors, springs, crusher disks and rollers.
Equipment to work at middle depth (minimum cm 8 – maximum cm 20)
Chisels with "Michel" 600 anchors
They restore the structure after earth movings, levellings and excessive ground tamping, without turning over or mincing the ground. You can use them alone or together with equipment for minimal land working (rows of corrugated disks and rollers, until 7 cm depth) to simultaneously mince the ground of the surface.
Equipment to work at minimum or middle depth (between 8 and 20 cm) and preparation of the sowing bed after laser levelling
Generally used on ploughed lands or in presence of minced leftovers, they are ideal for the last passages before sowing, as an alternative to the equipment with pto system (rotating harrows, cutters, …) for their minimum use cost (wear and fuel), higher working speed (10/14 km/h) and more safety.
Towed or carried vibrocultivators composed by 2 up to 5 rows of straight springs with adjustable slope, necessary to manage the possible presence of leftovers and to adjust the mixing of the ground, thus avoiding to bring to the surface seed which era and the bottom of the worked layer. They have to lean on front and rollers, these are necessary to keep the working depth and the haulage stress steady, besides levelling and mincing the ground.
