We are very experienced in the agricultural and industrial fields and this allows us to carry out activities such as the industrial design and production of innovative equipment for these sectors.
ACTIVITIES OF THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
1) Preliminary study of the equipment
- Data request (input of specifications)
- Preliminary determination of used materials and of the labour necessary for the manufacture of the equipment
- Search of the suppliers
- Offer layout
2) Design
- Definitive study and development of the design by means of 2D and 3D C.A.D.
- Planning analysis of resistance, collisions and optimization of the shapes
- Overall and detailed drawings
- Basic schedules with technical specifications to order the materials by means of an operational software
- Estimate of the developments and constructive methods for the machine shop
3) Product industrialization
- Cutting schedules
- Masks manufacture for spot-welding, drilling, milling
- Working schedules
- Check of mechanical properties of the materials by means of hardness test and suppliers' certifications
- Dimensional control cards divided in groups during the manufacturing process
- Technical assistance in the machine shop and updating of the internal quality procedures
4) Testing
- Control of the observance of drawings and of their tolerance
- Control of the weldings by means of penetrating liquids (where required)
- Visual control of washing and painting
- Visual control of the final assembling of accessories and components
- Charts of identification of components calibration (where required)
5) Estimate of real costs
- It is executed by means of an operational programme based on basic schedules
